My longstanding client is seeking an experienced Construction Liaison/Construction Administrator to coordinate projects from site start through to completion and client handover. This role is responsible for managing communication between clients, supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure builds progress smoothly. Reporting to the Office Manager and Director, the Construction Liaison plays a key role in construction administration, client communication, and onsite coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage construction files, documentation, and client correspondence Act as the primary point of contact for clients during construction, providing regular updates Coordinate site-related processes including variations, extensions of time, and service connections Liaise with Building Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Attend and manage construction/toolbox meetings as required Coordinate certifications, inspections, and compliance documentation Manage handover preparation including keys, certificates, and completion items Maintain Onsite Companion tasks and ensure records are accurate and up to date Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar construction or coordination role Experience with Databuild and/or Onsite Companion advantageous Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and proactive approach Perks 3pm finishes every Friday (full time role Monday to Friday) Dog friendly office Ample free parking available on site, central to bus station/train station if needed Flexible hours available if required Highly reptuable and longstanding builder - not going anywhere!
