About the Role
A true human resources generalist with strategic projects flare Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture this exciting role will have a mix of hands HR support for a small corporate team, leading project strategy & development across the whole business, partnering with our People & Culture Manager -Manufacturing to support the execution of the projects across our facilities and have an opportunity to build and shape the ongoing strategic plans for People & Culture.
What you'll be doing
* Responsible to bring the people lens to support business decisions.
* Driving people initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and retention in a diverse workforce
* lead several key HR projects across training, engagement, transformation and business improvement.
* HR partner, advisor and counsel for both employee and management groups.
* End-to-end recruitment from senior management to various frontline roles.
* Innovate HR statistics, metrics and reporting to senior management.
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding for our corporate team
* Develop and implement P&C policies, frameworks, and culture-building initiatives.
* Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance, engagement, culture, and organisational change.
* Facilitating and embedding change management
Who we're looking for
* Degree level qualification in human resources or a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in a generalist human resources position.
* An effective communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Accountable and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership for your work
* You're a pragmatic HR generalist or HR Business Partner who enjoys complexity and purpose-led work.
* You're comfortable operating in environments that aren't perfect yet and know how to prioritise, influence, and build trust through action.
