ICT BA/PM required for a Research Management System Project
Our client, a well-known organisation located on the Sunshine Coast, is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager for a part-time contract until end of June ****.
The Project
Research Management
Research Management will provide a mechanism to store research impact evidence and manage IP curation. The project aims to reduce administrative burden on researchers by building integrations, dataflows, and workflows to streamline processes around the Research system.
Responsibilities
A business analyst/project manager is required to assist with delivery the following objectives:
manage scope, schedule, risks, and vendor engagement;
map current and future-state business processes;
develop high-quality documentation;
drive stakeholder engagement, change, communication, and training activities to support successful adoption.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating autonomously, coordinating multiple work streams, and working closely with Finance, Research Legal, and operational teams to deliver key project outcomes by June ****.

Complete the Research Project Budgets into Finance integration
Finalising Research process mapping and change activities
This role is ideal for an ICT BA/PM with a proven track record implementing complex ICT solutions and located on the Sunshine Coast.
