Sales representative - Solar and Batteries
Based in the Bass Coast area, Sunscape Solar are a family owned and operated business that have been in business since 2008.
Due to expansion, we are looking to add another sales representative to our team to help households and businesses achieve their renewable and energy resilience energy goals.
We are looking for someone who likes to sell in a consultative manor. This role will be based in the office in Grantville, however we service Bayside, Mornington Peninsula and most of Gippsland (up to around the Sale area). So we will consider applications for people in these areas, as long as you have an ability to come to Grantville on a regular basis.
About the role:
* Connecting with customers to help them reach the renewable energy goals
* Following up with existing quotes and older enquiries on our database to convert them into orders
* Conduct site visits when required
* Enter information into our CRM system accurately
* Using Pylon (Solar Quoting software)
* Design installations and gather information so that our in house installation team can complete the installation with
Full training will be provided to you to get you up and running ASAP.
About you
* Highly personable and have a good ability to connect with people
* Have reasonable IT skills (you will be using quoting software, CRM, Word and Excel on a frequent basis)
* Like to exceed customer’s expectations with every interaction
* Have some experience in sales or an interest in getting into sales as a career
* Have interest in or experience in renewable energy
* Friendly but highly motivated
* Would consider applications outside of this including people of a technical or academic background
This is a challenging but fulfilling role. It requires a lot of industry knowledge, attention to detail and ability to keep a good attitude throughout the whole process.
