We're on the lookout for an Onsite Technician in Mackay to help support our loyal client base. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work.
More about the role
You'll be :
* Working in a team.
* Friendly customer service – including an unwitting ability to be empathetic and positive towards your clients, without dropping your amazingly professional attitude
* Onsite and remote support – including troubleshooting technical issues over the phone with clients (using remote tools when necessary)
* Tech services – such as system rollouts, backup restorations and workshop PC/Server support
Experience with the following technologies is beneficial:
* Networking
* Windows Server
* Office 365
* SharePoint
* All forms of Desktop Support Windows 10,11

* Previous tech support experience;

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to pick up new technologies and learn new systems quickly
* Ability to relay technical terminology to non-technical people
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
