We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with Marina Rinaldi in our Doncaster Store. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee a team of around 5 people.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a significant member of the Marina Rinaldi team, helping to create an environment conducive to customer service excellence while at the same time endeavouring to grow and develop as an individual.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
* Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
* Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
* Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
* Oversee stock and store operations.
Qualifications:
* High school education or equivalent experience
* 2+ years experience in a management role
* Customer-centric with a positive attitude
