We’re known for our clinical excellence and compassion while building lasting relationships with our clients and treating every pet as if they were our own.About The RoleThis isn’t just a reception job - it’s a vital role in our client and patient experience. You’ll manage a dynamic front desk, help coordinate medical cases, and ensure every pet and owner feels welcome, informed, and cared for.Your Key ResponsibilitiesWarmly greeting clients and their petsManaging appointments and coordinating daily workflow with the veterinary teamHandling invoicing, payments, estimates and account queriesEducating clients on our services, wellness plans, and follow-up careMaintaining accurate records, reminders, and privacy standardsContributing to social media and client communicationsEnsuring our front of house is well presentedSupporting workplace safety and smooth day-to-day operationsWhat We’re Looking ForCustomer-facing experience with veterinary or medical backgroundExceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and digitalStrong organisational skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask under pressure with a calm, compassionate demeanourConfident with scheduling systems and basic account managementA team player with a genuine passion for animal careWhat We OfferFull Time Monday to Friday 0745am to 4pmCompetitive hour rate and staff benefitsA social and supportive team cultureOngoing education and professional developmentThe opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their peopleNote: Q fever vaccination is required or must be obtained prior to employment.If you’re ready to join a team where your skills, empathy, and enthusiasm make a daily impact, we’d love to hear from you.
