Peters Ice Cream has been creating joy for Australians since 1907. With some of the country's most loved brands, we are seeking an Omni Channel Manager with strong FMCG experience, proven capability and sharp commercial acumen to join our high‐performing sales team.
This role is responsible for turning strategy into action across eCommerce, retail media and shopper marketing — ensuring we show up brilliantly wherever shoppers are buying.
You will work across major customers including Coles, Woolworths, Uber Eats, DoorDash and 7-Eleven, delivering integrated campaigns, optimising performance, and driving measurable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Translate ecomm strategy into clear, executable plans and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and in market
* Execute and optimise retail media and shopper campaigns, managing spend, ROI and ongoing performance
* Own digital shelf performance, improving content, visibility, search and conversion across all platforms
* Act as the central connector across teams, aligning plans, timelines and execution across customers and channels
* Track performance and turn data into actionable insights that improve execution and drive growth
About You:
* 3–5+ years' experience in e‐commerce, shopper marketing, or sales execution roles, ideally FMCG experience
* Retailer platforms (Coles, Woolworths Online)
* Last‐mile platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash)
* Retail media and search fundamentals
* Analytical capability with ability to turn data into practical improvements
* Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
* Exposure to a successful & innovative global FMCG business with a portfolio of iconic and well‐known brands
