About the role
The Senior Tax Trainer is responsible for delivering technical taxation seminars and interactive face-to-face or online workshops to a diverse range of clients across a broad geographical area.
Key responsibilities
Deliver training to clients at the time and location as directed by the training operations scheduling system.
Attend and participate in Tax Banter's internal team and technical meetings.
Maintain technical tax skills through professional development and conducting your research.
Maintain & update skills and awareness of current training best practices, instructional design principles, and training technologies.
Assist and participate in product and project development.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several projects.
Strong presentation skills to deliver professional, engaging, and practical training.
A passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
A professional, positive, and can-do attitude.
A willingness to learn and adapt to change.
Tertiary Qualification in a discipline relevant to taxation, such as LLB or BCom.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a specialist tax role.
Previous experience as a trainer or coach role would be advantageous.
