Job Title: Operations Specialist

About the Role:

The Operations Specialist will ensure the business meets safety, environmental and quality standards by leading continuous improvements across all production departments.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and monitor safety programs, including training and incident investigations.
2. Maintain knowledge of Federal and State WHS regulations, advising and updating company information as required.
3. Maintenance of ISO 9001 accreditation, managing quarterly training programs for employees.
4. Conduct safety meetings, document proceedings and establish safe working practices.
5. Identify and recommend improvements to the Quality system, driving productivity, quality and cost reduction.


About You:

* Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience in a similar role.
* 2-3 years' experience in operations or a related field.
* Exposure to ISO 9001 is highly regarded, with experience writing SOPs and hands-on teamwork.
* Prioritizing a strong safety culture.
