About the Role
This is a true full-cycle recruitment role where you will:
* Manage and grow existing client relationships
* Drive new business development
* Source, screen, and place both blue-collar and white-collar professionals
* Build and manage your own recruitment desk
* Service clients across warehouse & logistics, manufacturing, and local government sectors
* Support workforce needs ranging from operational staff through to professional and corporate roles
* Be rewarded directly for your performance and results

Additionally, you will bring:
* Proven experience in a similar role that was customer focused, sales & managing existing accounts
* Ideally 2+ years' experience across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
* Applicants who have no prior experience in recruitment will still be considered based on sales experience and capability of managing a database
* A track record of strong sales performance and measurable achievements
* The ability to demonstrate your business development activity and results
* Experience using systems and ability to learn new ones
