We are looking for a Manager, Education Product Lifecycle who will report to the Director, Product.You will:Drive the development and enhancement of the Product Directorate’s overall strategy by providing strategic planning advice and executing a comprehensive product lifecycle roadmap strategy for all College educational offerings including Academic Pathway Programs, Vocational Education, and English Language Programs.Utilise creative planning and project management expertise to guide educational products through every lifecycle stage.Lead the journey of our diverse education product portfolio from initial concept through growth, evaluation and renewal.Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to support the growth and enhancement of the education product portfolio.Provide people and technical leadership to a small team and work closely with cross-functional departments to support product innovation and implementation, launch planning, and growth strategies.About youYou are:An experienced professional with postgraduate qualifications in education, marketing, business administration, or a related field, and a strong background in product lifecycle management, preferably within an educational setting.Knowledgeable of the integrations between Learning Experience Design and Learning Management Systems within the education product development lifecycle.An exceptional project manager.A seasoned product manager with a strong track record of developing roadmaps and engaging with cross-functional teams to gain insights and identify opportunities.A collaborative, motivating leader that develops high performing teams.A strong communicator that builds relationships with diverse stakeholders.Committed to continuous improvement and staying current with product management trends.The locationThis position will be based at The College’s Nirimba (Blacktown) until mid-2025 and then based at Parramatta City Campus, although travel to other campuses may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.Remuneration Package: Professional Employee Level 9 $143,392 p.a.
