The Role
Millennium are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and reliable Customer and Guest Service officers to join our busy retail site.
We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, are committed to maintaining high standards of customer service, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
Shifts will be across weekdays and weekends depending on requirements. Must be flexible
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the highest level of customer service standards (friendly, helpful, and professional manner, service always provided professionally and appropriately).
* Maintain an immaculate level of presentation.
* Provide information about the center to customers in a user-friendly, proactive, and personalized manner, over the phone and in person.
* Provide information about retailers to customers in a professional, user-friendly proactive personalized manner, over the phone and in person.
* Actively promote and handle in center promotions and marketing strategies.
* Manage lost property by following correct center procedures.
* Deal with lost/found children/persons according to documented center procedures.
About You
* Previous experience in Customer or Guest Services
* Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
* The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
