Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Caring Community Support Professional. This role involves assisting participants with daily tasks, ensuring their safety and well-being, and providing support for short stays in alternative accommodations.
About the Role
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people in our community. Your tasks will include attending community programs with the participant, assisting with activities of daily living, and creating a safe environment for them to develop their everyday skills.
Requirements
* Current Working with Children Check and Blue Card
* NDIS Worker Clearance (NDISWC)
* Current police check conducted within the last 12 months
* Valid Australian driver's license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* NDIS Orientation Module and relevant NDIS compulsory modules
* Relevant qualifications or experience in relevant fields
