About the role
* Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other documents.
* Be involved in a range of corporate / commercial matters such as insolvency, corporate governance and corporate advisory.
* Advising on the licensing of new brands.
The ideal candidate
* Lawyer (1+ PQE).
* A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
* Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong organizational & time management skills.
