Job Title: Youth Justice Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Justice Coordinator. This role requires the ability to manage referrals, intake, and case coordination for young people in bail or mentoring programs.
* The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and supervision skills, with experience in coordinating tailored daily programs for young people staying in a Bail Facility.
* This role also involves supporting Community Mentors and partner agencies to deliver culturally safe mentoring services.
* You will be responsible for ensuring all client data, reports, and documentation are accurate and meet contractual requirements.
* In addition, you will support community partnerships and represent the organization in local and regional meetings.
* Maintaining service coverage through forward planning, rostering, and staff support is also a key aspect of this role.
