This role involves scheduling appointments for individuals and groups using our integrated reservations system, confirming bookings with clients, and updating our daily schedule accordingly.
In addition to administrative tasks, the Spa Receptionist will be responsible for checking in guests for their appointments, providing a warm welcome and orientation, promoting and selling our spa services, and processing payments for these services.
To excel in this role, one must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
