Our Nowra Warehouse Team is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hands-on team member to grow our local presence and support our valued customers.
What You'll Do
In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our Nowra facility organised and our customers happy:
Manage deliveries, pickups, and dispatches
Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock counts and container unloads
Assist with sauna assembly, installation support, and maintenance
Provide post-sales customer support, handling queries and resolving issues promptly
Liaise with internal teams (Sydney HQ, installers, logistics, and service teams)
Keep all stock, job, and service records accurate in our systems (CRM, Inventory, spreadsheets, etc.)
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and showroom environment
What You'll Bring
Driver's license & forklift ticket – essential
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or trade-based operations
Comfortable with basic tools for assembly and maintenance tasks
Computer literacy – able to update records, track jobs, and use CRM & Inventory software
Excellent communication skills – both with customers and internal teams
Strong problem-solving ability and a "get it done" attitude
Highly organised, diligent, and detail-focused
Carpentry experience not essential, but advantageous
You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously when required.
