Finance business partner

Overview

Reporting into the Manager for Finance Business Partners, the key scope of this role will include:

• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Evaluate business cases and business plans through scenario analysis.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with organisational goals and policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare management accounting and reporting packs for divisions.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following traits:

• Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
• Prior experience working in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or FP&A role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
