The role
Overview
Reporting into the Manager for Finance Business Partners, the key scope of this role will include:
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Evaluate business cases and business plans through scenario analysis.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with organisational goals and policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare management accounting and reporting packs for divisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
Financial modelling, Business partnering & stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Prior experience working in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or FP&A role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
