We're looking for a confident, people-first Store Manager to lead our Perth DFO store.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, sets clear standards, and builds a strong, positive team culture. You'll lead from the front by driving performance, coaching your team, and delivering a premium customer experience.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for store performance, team leadership, and daily operations. Leading from the front, you will drive sales, coach your team, deliver a premium customer experience, and maintain strong visual and operational standards.
Working alongside your Assistant Manager and a remote Regional Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy to run your store effectively.
Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday roster.

The Role in Action
This is an active, on-the-floor role. You'll be involved in stock handling, merchandising, and maintaining a sharp, engaging store environment.
With a strong commercial mindset, you'll monitor performance and adjust the floor to keep sales momentum.
