We are seeking a team member to support the day-to-day execution of marketing, creative, and administrative activities across the business. This is an in-office role suited to someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented and ready to build experience within a premium brand environment.
The Role
You will work closely with the marketing lead to assist with the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, creative design, digital platform updates, CRM management, and office support. This is a hands-on role. You will be building campaigns, designing visuals, updating listings, refining documents, maintaining systems, and supporting the team in delivering a consistently polished brand presence. The role will commence at three days per week, with scope to expand responsibility and hours over time, including potential involvement with affiliated luxury marine brands for the right candidate.
This is an in-office position. We value focus, collaboration, and being present.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with website updates, including yacht listings and content changes
* Assist with yacht video and photo shoots
* Build and schedule EDM campaigns
* Support social media coordination and scheduling
* Upload and format blog content including creative writing
* Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
* Support reporting and campaign tracking
* Maintain and update CRM records
* Data entry and contact management
* Assist with boat show coordination and industry events within Australia
* Assist with document formatting and presentation materials
* Support listing presentations where required
About You
We are looking for someone early in their marketing career (or completing relevant tertiary study) who wants practical experience in a high-performing environment.

* Is organised and able to prioritise without constant supervision
* Takes initiative but understands structure
* Remains calm and composed under pressure
* Has pride in producing work that is clean and accurate

* Has a keen interest in the super yacht industry
An interest in luxury brands, marketing or the marine industry is highly regarded. Previous marketing or administrative experience is beneficial. Attitude, reliability and self-drive matter too. And yes — being comfortable around boats is helpful.
