Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will assist in the development and deployment of our quality management system, ensuring that all production facilities meet world-class standards. You will work closely with our quality team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

You will be responsible for:
* Reviewing and validating product nonconformances and disposition types
* Supporting analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations, and processes
* Participating in investigations to determine root cause of nonconformance of plans
* Gathering data and providing recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products, or processes
* Assisting in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submitting for review
* Supporting concurrence and obtaining commitments to support program resolution
* Participating and observing validation associated with corrective action to assure nonconformance has been eliminated
* Verifying internal replication systems adhere to company and regulatory standards and procedures
* Conducting audits to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirements
* Assisting in the creation of reports and coordinating with responsible parties for internal distribution
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 2+ years' experience with quality management systems (QMS), tertiary level engineering, aviation, aircraft maintenance engineers, quality management, or equivalent qualification and/or commensurate level of professional knowledge and experience
* A hands-on approach with the ability to proactively and independently resolve issues
* Knowledge of aerospace composite manufacturing, assembly, installation, and repairs highly desirable
* Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively engage, communicate with integrated and geographic disperse teams
* Ability to knowledge share and coach manufacturing technicians on QMS requirements and regulatory compliance
* Engage team members proactively and actively seek professional development and career growth opportunities
* Adept prioritization and time management skills in a high-pressure environment
* Professional oral and written communication skills
