The Town of Victoria Park is a vibrant, diverse and modern community that values inclusivity, integrity, and proactive engagement. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Relations Officers to join our Stakeholder Relations in a casual capacity.
Your new role
You'll be a friendly face and voice to our community, greeting people with a smile, identifying customer needs and solutions, answering questions and handling cashiering duties – all while making every interaction positive and efficient.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist community members, identify needs and provide solutions
* Answer questions and handle cashiering duties
* Deliver exceptional customer experience, including during challenging conversations
Qualifications
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience (even during tricky conversations)
* Experience in call centre, hospitality, retail or administrative roles
* Strong administration skills to keep operations running smoothly
* Excellent communication skills to connect with people and resolve customer requests
* Expertise in performing point of sale, cash handling and float reconciliation
Benefits
Hourly rate of $46.13 (including 25% loading in lieu of leave entitlements) plus superannuation
