Your Impact
As a trusted Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Leadership Team and Board to achieve strategic goals. You'll be the organisational heartbeat — managing priorities, communication, and coordination across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Time & Information Management: Efficiently coordinate executive diaries, priorities, and communications to keep operations running seamlessly.
* Meeting Support & Preparation: Organise, prepare, and record key stakeholder meetings — from government representatives to corporate and not-for-profit partners.
* Document Management & Research: Review, summarise, and manage essential documents, reports, and correspondence to support informed decision-making.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
* Significant experience in an office administration capacity.
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products with the ability to learn new software applications.
* Highly developed interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
