The Role:
- Program/Portfolio Coordination including communications support, management of schedules and co-ordination of resources
- Governance and Analysis - maintaining program guidelines, program procedural documents
- Reporting - maintaining / improving the accuracy, timeliness & quality of reporting (status, supply/ demand & month-end reports), development of steering committee packs
- Information Management - monitor key control registers including issues, risks, dependencies, key decisions, assumptions and change requests, manage requisitions & invoice approval processes
- Financials; report, track & monitor financials
- Co-Ordination support including steering committee packs, ad-hoc internal projects, set up of projects in the internal systems
Your Background:
- PMO Analyst with experience gained in a large & complex project environment, ideally within financial services
- Clarity experience would be a large advantage
- Experience in a role focussed on the PMO function rather than Project / Program level
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Solid stakeholder management skills
