About the Role
Due to internal growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Savage Motorcycles. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the sales department, driving sales growth, achieving budget targets, maintaining profitability, and leading a high‐performing team.
Responsibilities
* Drive motorcycle sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
* Manage performance of sales executives.
* Achieve monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with the Dealer Principal.
* Lead staff management and training of the Sales Department.
* Ensure adequate stock levels and meet sales target achievements.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven sales success (minimum 2 years in Automotive or Motorcycle sales).
* Avid motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle licence.
* Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and a leadership mindset.
* Passionate about delivering the ultimate Savage Motorcycles Sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated "closing skills".
* Ability to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximise both the buying experience for the customer and the dealership's profitability.
