ABOUT THE ROLE
The position is initially a part time role of up to 10 hours per week. With room for growth in the role and ongoing training provided this is a role that will grow with you. Availability during evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary. This role is all about our swimmers - being patient and having a love for kids will absolutely help you in this role. Our swim teachers are the stars of our business - with swimmers looking forward to and forming wonderful bonds with their teachers throughout their swim journey. We offer a supportive environment with a family feel that you will experience within the team and with our customers.
ABOUT YOU...
You will play a pivotal role in providing our swimmers with a positive learning environment that they look forward to each week. This is a fast paced, fun environment. You will;
* Love working with children (Working With Children check mandatory requirement)
* Thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, from our swimmers all the way through to parents and grandparents, along with our team.
* Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided).
* Be a passionate advocate for learning and applying our brand policies
* Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction - primarily with our swimmers and also with parents.
* Have an outgoing and friendly personality

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: From $25.50 per hour
Schedule:
* Afternoon shift (4pm - 7pm)
* Morning shift (8:30am - 12pm)
* Weekend availability (8:30am - 12pm)
