YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Stegbar Windows and Doors business in Victoria. You will deliver the lasting impression of quality and service to our customers, actioning a daily plan of service and warranty calls within Victoria. Positions available based out of Rowville for immediate start.
You will be a self-motivated professional who can demonstrate the ability to:
* Call customers to confirm scheduled time and access
* Action daily runs driving to customer sites to meet agreed timelines
* Carry out service, measure, rework, refit, removal, reinstall products and parts
* Trouble shoot technical issues for resolution
* Maintain professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicle
* Collection of COD balances where required
* Will work as part of a small crew
YOUR CAPABILITIES:
To be successful in the role, you will also be able to demonstrate:
* Previous window and door servicing experience an advantage
* Professional service, presentation, and communication with customers
* High standard of workmanship
* Proficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measure
* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectification and fix in a timely and efficient manner
* Follow safe and compliance work practices
* Construction white card
* Carpentry, glazier, joinery, or similar industry experience highly regarded
