We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee the preparation, delivery, and collection of our vehicle fleet. You'll lead a local team, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and referral partners.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage branch operations, lead your team, and oversee day-to-day vehicle logistics and customer delivery, including:
Coordinating the preparation, delivery, return, and maintenance of Compass vehicles
Managing daily workflows and supporting your team's performance
Providing hands-on support to ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery
Leading by example in customer service and issue resolution
Completing branch reports and documentation accurately and on time
Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring all vehicles meet Compass standards
Collaborating with the Senior Branch Manager to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensuring safety, compliance, and cleanliness across the branch
What You'll Bring
2+ years in a face-to-face customer service role
Previous experience managing or leading a small team (preferred)
Strong communication, logistics, and problem-solving skills
High level of computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
Strong administration and time management ability
Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
Understanding of logistics in the motor trade, smash repair, or dealerships (ideal but not essential)
