W Cosmetics is growing fast and we're looking for an experienced Regional Manager, based in VIC to lead our VIC, SA & ACT store network while driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and an empowering team culture.
As a key member of our Retail Leadership team, you'll bring our national retail strategy to life across the region, partnering closely with Store Managers, Head Office functions, and our Head of Retail to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong financial results.

What You'll Be Doing
Regional Strategy & Commercial Leadership
* Translate national retail strategy into actionable regional plans
* Own P&L performance for all stores in your portfolio
* Identify commercial opportunities, analyse results, and address performance gaps
* Lead, coach, and develop Area & Store Managers to build a performance driven and values led culture
* Recruit talent, drive succession planning, and embed consistency across dispersed teams
* Conduct regular field visits and deliver ongoing coaching and capability uplift
Store Openings & Retail Expansion
* Partner with internal teams to execute new store launches and refurbishments
* Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, and operational readiness for new sites
* Ensure post-opening KPIs are met across trading, standards, and team retention
Operational Excellence
* Champion SOPs, VM standards, and customer experience initiatives
* Support stores with issue resolution relating to labour, stock, and store presentation
* Ensure the region meets audit, compliance, and service standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as the bridge between head office and retail teams
* Provide regional insights to HR, Marketing, Merchandising & Supply Chain
* Support campaign execution, product launches, and training initiatives
About You
You are an energetic, commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast‐paced retail environment. You inspire others, communicate with clarity, and know how to bring the best out of your teams.
Your Experience
* 5–8 years in regional or national retail leadership
* Retail, Beauty, fashion, or similar multi-site experience
* Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership
* Success in building high-performing teams and strong store culture
* Experienced managing multiple states or large geographic regions
* Confident collaborator with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable with frequent travel
