Being the go-to for guests, managing admin and giving real local advice is all part of the deal. Responsibilities

* Welcome guests warmly and provide an overview of hotel and spa facilities
* Manage reservations and bookings for incoming guest calls
* Serve as the go-to for guests, providing admin support and real local advice
* Participate in hands-on experiences across social media, events, photoshoots, and retail activations as part of a creative team
* Support flexible working arrangements when required
* Engage in continuous development through an extensive annual training program


Qualifications/Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment
* Positive mindset and collaborative spirit
