Reconciliations Controller
We're looking for a proactive individual to own the end‐to‐end governance and delivery of bank and ledger reconciliations across our Life and General Insurance portfolios. In addition, you'll oversee an offshore team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional service and quality every day. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the business — including senior leaders — you'll resolve complex challenges, streamline processes, and act as the key escalation point for both onshore and offshore teams.
Qualifications
* 6+ years' experience in a finance role
* Strong client service background
* Experience in Finance Operations or similar
* Ability to guide and support an offshore team
* Insurance industry knowledge desirable
* Sharp analytical and numerical skills
* Solid understanding of finance processes and procedures
* Excellent detail focus and deadline management
