Piada Co is an exciting new food concept on the Gold Coast. A taste revolution fusing traditional Italian Street Food with modern favourites.
We are seeking a highly skilled kitchen professional with experience in fast paced environments to step into the role of Kitchen Supervisor.
Your responsibilities will include participating in and overseeing food production operations, organizing kitchen processes to maintain high quality, safety, efficiency, cleanliness, and profitability, as well as aiding with the training of the kitchen team. Additionally, you'll provide support to the Head Chef in overseeing key metrics such as COGS, labor, and operating expenses.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to understand and influence key metrics such as cogs, labour, and wastage.
- Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Sound understanding of food safety concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
