Job Description
We're seeking Allied Health Professions from a Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Nurse background with community‐based experience to join our thriving Workplace Rehabilitation team in beautiful Geelong.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our Geelong team, a close‐knit group of dedicated professionals who genuinely support one another and the community we serve. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be surrounded by encouraging colleagues and supported with tailored training, tools, and mentorship to help you succeed both professionally and personally.
You will also have the opportunity to work across Ballarat & the South West region of Victoria, giving you the opportunity to service a diverse caseload, see beautiful surrounds and enjoy the flexibility & autonomy to manage your own day.

Responsibilities
* Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
* Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs and applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to health and work outcomes
* Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals & completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Nursing
* Provisional or Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, Full Membership with AASW or Full ASORC Membership
* A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
* Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
* Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
* A current VIC driver licence and access to their own vehicle
