Base pay ranges from A$87,266.00/yr to A$116,416.00/yr. Salary is pro rata plus 17% superannuation.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruit participants, conduct interviews, and administer psychiatric assessments.
* Manage data entry, maintain research databases and perform qualitative/quantitative data analysis.
* Monitor ethical conduct of studies and implement risk assessment procedures.
* Collaborate with research staff, contribute to publications and present findings at conferences.

You have a strong academic background in psychology or a related field, excellent research and clinical skills, and are ready to contribute to psychiatric trials within a multidisciplinary team.
Additional qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with honours or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
* Experience in psychiatric clinical trials and psychopharmacology.
* Strong administrative skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Skilled in engaging diverse stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians and participants.
* Hold a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certificate and a certificate in pathology for venepuncture and ECG.
