Responsibilities
* The Enterprise Account Associate is responsible for resolution of escalated or urgent customer issues that involve operational disconnects and/or systemic service and support issues. They provide resolution to those issues with varying degrees of complexity that impact the customers' supply chain. This position will work with the Enterprise Account Manager for complex exceptions where support is needed, but not available through current support channels.
