Rounds Clerk (Conveyancing) – Part Time
*****am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (Opportunity to grow into a full-time position)
Looking to start your career in conveyancing and the legal property sector?
We have a great opportunity for a reliable and organised individual to join our busy conveyancing practice in a permanent part-time role, with the potential to transition into full time as the business continues to grow.
This position focuses on the essential groundwork that keeps settlements running smoothly.
You will receive full training and ongoing support to build your skills and progress within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare settlement packets and ensure all required documents are ready for settlement
Conduct title searches and basic property enquiries
Attend to banking tasks and book bank attendances when required
Collect and deliver documents to banks, agents and other third parties
Check and manage incoming and outgoing mail via the post office
Maintain and organise settlement files and paperwork
Assist with post-settlement checks and file finalisation
Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Friendly and professional communication skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Able to work independently and within a team
Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
