We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. The role will involve working closely with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
* Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoices
* Providing technical information and support to customers and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience
* A desire to provide an amazing customer experience
* Capability to learn and absorb technical information
* Interest in the construction, mining, or engineering industries (although training will be provided)
