South West Concrete Pumping is looking for a bookkeeping and payroll expert to join our small team. Initially, this position will require working in the office once a week for up to 8 hours, with the option to transition to remote work if necessary.
We seek someone to assist with weekly payroll, invoice reconciliation, and the accurate organization of our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoice reconciliation.
* Weekly payroll processing
* Preparing Financial Statements: Prepare essential financial documents, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Financial Reporting: generate reports for management, providing insights into financial performance and assisting in the decision-making process.
* Communication with Stakeholders: communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and issues are resolved promptly.
