Warehouse Coordinator and Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step up in your Warehousing career, with a focus on strong computing skills, Administration expertise, and effective communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork flows associated with inbound and outbound deliveries, working closely with management and warehouse team members to maintain excellent working relationships, and ensuring accurate data entry to maintain correct inventory records and stock count.
* Managing all paperwork related to delivery logistics
* Maintaining positive working relationships within the team
* Ensuring data accuracy for inventory management
* Providing daily information to team members regarding delivery schedules to support workload planning
* Reviewing and improving systems, processes, health and safety protocols, and internal operations
* Booking freight via telephone or online platforms
* Processing order picks using specialized software (training provided if necessary)
* Conducting regular stock takes and checks
* Liaising with the accounts department to resolve any issues
* Entering data and processing orders
