Position Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Child Development Service in Cairns on a 4-month contract. This specialised role offers a unique opportunity for those interested in remote and regional practice, tropical experiences, or short-term roles.
Location & Travel:
Based in Cairns, you'll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team while enjoying the surroundings of the Great Barrier Reef, tropical rainforests, and adventure-filled weekends. Approximately every three weeks, travel to the Torres Strait and Cape York region will be required to support children and families in remote communities.
Benefits & Compensation:
Fortnightly salary between $4,912.70 - $5,286.40, with potential additional benefits.
Salary packaging options and a generous employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
Leave entitlements including 17.5% loading on annual leave.
