Chi lovers! We're on the lookout for a Full Time Venue Manager to lead the way at our much loved Malvern venue! This is the spot where families, locals, and community come together! It's a beautiful blend of fast-paced fun and genuine connection, and we need a leader who can match that energy. What you'll be doing
- Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage day to day operations including labour, P&L; and cost controls.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation standards are always met.
- Oversee stock and inventory management.
- Train, coach and motivate high performing, engaged team.
- Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
Who we're looking for
- Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
- Proven success working with KPIs, labour budgets, and financials.
- Confident managing the numbers and understanding what drives performance.
- Strong communicators who build connected, high performing teams.
- A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast paced environment.
