**What's the role?**
An exciting opportunity is available for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead the seamless execution of complex, multi-phase IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality expectations.
The individual in this role will serve as the Project Service Delivery Manager, responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery across medium to large-scale database build and migration projects. This includes driving end-to-end process improvements and strengthening governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include capacity planning, financial recovery, weekly change reporting, front-door and pipeline management, and milestone tracking. The role will also lead the establishment and scaling of Agile and Scrum practices, acting as the primary escalation point for customers. Through proactive engagement, the individual will enhance delivery maturity and optimise operations to support customer growth.
**What do I need?**
- Proven experience managing end-to-end service and project delivery with involvement in planning, Quality of delivery, Finance, execution, process, and governance for medium, to large-scale IT Infra transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in process frameworks, governance and operating models.
- Supervise the delivery team to ensure alignment with quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Monitor and provide guidance on team delivery progress, processes, risk management, and compliance.
- Demonstrate effective stakeholder management with customers and vendors, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, issue resolution, and reporting skills, and serves as the primary engagement point of contact for customers stakeholders
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in the Agile framework, with proven experience in implementation and expertise using tools such as JIRA, confluence, Power BI and ServiceNow.
- Extensive knowledge of budgeting and financial processes, including OPEX and CAPEX
