About the Role
This is a energetic, hands on marketing and brand management position where you will take ownership of the agency’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and creative output. Working closely with the directors and sales team, you will ensure consistency and quality across all channels — from print to digital, social media, and community engagement.
Duties
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies
- Manage all digital and social media content creation
- Oversee campaign design, listings marketing, and signage
- Coordinate photography, videography, and creative projects
- Partner with the leadership team on brand growth initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Background in marketing, communications, or design
- Experience within real estate or a creative agency preferred
- Strong design and digital marketing skills (Canva, Meta, etc.)
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and organised with a passion for branding
