We're looking for a qualified Baker or Pastry Chef to join our team at our Sutton Forest bakery

Key Points:
* Location: Sutton Forest - Southern Highlands Region, NSW
* Full-Time: 5 days a week, with some weekend work required (salary will factor in weekend availability)
* Roster: Industry-best shift start times, fixed roster with 2 consecutive days off

Do you have?
* Qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent in a fast-paced retail bakery
* While experience with pies isn't necessary, a flexible & adaptive hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn and develop your skills is a must
* The ability to thrive in a team environment, working with a range of ages and experience levels in a respectful and mature manner
* Experience in a high volume production environment with standards focused on quality
* A flexible and willing attitude, with clear communication and a hands‑on approach
* Pride in personal presentation and product presentation, as well as an eye for detail
* These important qualities: reliability, dedication and a high care‑factor
Your responsibilities:
* Prepare quality products following company recipes & yield guidelines according to set standards
* Adhere to procedures, policies and high standards at all times.
* Support and assist with the professional development of apprentices.
* Maintain a safe work environment in relation to OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene.
* Respectful and professional communication style
