About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Mildura. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and driving an exceptional guest experience.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience running or supervising operations in a park, motel, resort, or similar setting. You should also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate your team.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily park operations, including handling after-hours callouts
- Oversee check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings
- Help manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities
- Coach and support staff to deliver amazing customer service
- Contribute ideas to boost marketing and guest numbers
