Trivesta Group is a fast-growing asset management platform with subsidiaries in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, holding relevant fund management and investment advisory licenses in these markets.
We are hiring across multiple seniority levels to support the distribution of fixed income and income-enhancement fund products, where return drivers include systematic FX trading and notes linked to insurance policy coverage.
Role Description
* Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients
* Drive asset gathering (AUM growth) through proactive outreach, meetings, and disciplined follow-up
* Maintain a trackable sales pipeline, and provide regular updates on pipeline status, conversion, client feedback, and market intelligence
* Explain product structure, return drivers, key risks, liquidity, and fees in a clear and compliant manner
* Coordinate and enhance investor materials, including pitch decks, DDQs, terms/structures, and roadshow preparation, in collaboration with internal teams
* Support roadshows, conferences, and online investor events across Hong Kong and Singapore
Market & Feedback Loop
* Monitor FX and rates markets and translate market developments into investor-ready messaging
* Collect client feedback and support improvements to product positioning, target segments, and go-to-market strategy
Additional Scope for Senior / Head Hires
* Develop regional distribution strategy, including target client segments and channel planning
* Build, manage, and coach the team; establish distribution processes and performance standards
* Engage key partners and senior stakeholders to support platform growth delivering consistently strong sales results.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, NSW.
Requirements
* Relevant experience in asset management distribution, fixed income / FX / structured products / private banking sales, or related fields
* Strong understanding of fixed income markets, FX instruments, and income / yield-enhancement strategies
* Proven ability to originate relationships and convert opportunities into funded allocations
* Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex strategies simply and accurately in a compliant manner
* High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality mindset
* Bachelor's degree or above (Finance/Economics/Business preferred)
* Existing network across institutional and/or HNW channels in Singapore / Hong Kong / Australia
