Clinical Nurse Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Nurse within the Medical Emergency Response (MER) unit.
The successful candidate will provide support and education to ward staff on responding to medical emergencies, leveraging their expertise and empathetic approach to empower frontline nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and educate ward staff on MER procedures and protocols.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination during emergency responses.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses on MER best practices.
Requirements:
* Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Hold a current practicing certificate or be eligible to hold one.
