About the Role
Rawlinsons is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Perth team on a full-time basis.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects throughout Western Australia including sports and recreation, commercial, community, health, education, retail, residential, and infrastructure developments.
As part of the Rawlinsons team, you will also have access to our new Rawlinsons Cost Data platform, providing one of the most comprehensive construction pricing databases in Australia to support your estimating and cost planning work.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of cost estimates and cost plans
* Feasibility studies and early project cost advice
* Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities
* Cost advice throughout design development
* Tender analysis and procurement support
* Ongoing project cost management and reporting
* Liaison with clients, consultants and project teams
Skills and Experience
* 7+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Planning role
* A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or similar
* Experience preparing top-down and detailed cost plans
* Experience in Bills of Quantities measurement (ASMM preferred)
* Strong client communication and relationship skills
* Excellent time management and organisational ability
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and coordinate activities to deliver project outcomes within required timeframes
* Experience with CostX estimating software, or similar
* Professional accreditation or progress toward AIQS or RICS membership is desirable
