This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creativity, leadership, and passion for food to one of Australia's most iconic entertainment destinations.About the RoleAs a Chef de Partie, you will supervise and support the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across outlets and events while assisting the Executive Chef with menu development, innovation, and food presentation, maintaining compliance with food safety programs and HACCP standards, managing stock control to minimise wastage and support cost efficiencies, and training, mentoring, and developing team members while leading by example.What We're Looking ForTrade-qualified Chef with a current Food Safety Supervisory CertificateMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within events, large-scale operations, or premium diningStrong knowledge of HACCP and food safe practicesExcellent communication skills and a team-first attitudeFlexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidaysWhy Join Us?
